The Process

Contact us for a quote! Provide as much information as you can (QTY, sizes, colors) along with your desired artwork and we will put together a quote for you.

Quote

We will put together and send you an electronic quote. During the quoting process, we verify inventory levels with our suppliers and ask our clients to verify all colors/sizes/QTYs for accuracy. We will also provide current production lead times during this process.

Digital Proofs

Once the client approves a quote, we will email digital proofs of the job. This is to ensure all color accuracy and artwork size/placement accuracy.

Production

Once the client approves the digital proofs, we go to production with the order!

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the world, deliver locally (within 10 miles of Lebanon, Ohio) or orders can be picked up locally in Lebanon, OH!

Screen Print Details

The Fine Print

· 12 piece per design minimum QTY requirement.

· Screen fees are $15 per color.

· If the design being printed is lighter than the garment, an underbase will be required. For example, if printing red ink on a black garment, a white underbase would be necessary. This will be considered a two color print. We will explain this in more detail as it pertains to your specific project during the quoting process.

· Screen fees for reorders (must be the same artwork) are waived for six months after order date. When a reorder is placed, the six month window is renewed.

· Screen fees are waived for all orders over 100 pieces using the same artwork.

· Screen washout fees for color changes are $15 per color.

· Standard maximum print area up to 13"x19".

· Undecorated samples can be provided at the cost of the garment.

· Artwork must be provided print ready. Layered vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PSD) are desired .

· If you need artwork or assistance cleaning up your artwork, we can help.

· First 30 minutes of artwork cleanup is free. Artwork cleanup is $50 per hour afterwards.

· 100% payment is required before production commences.

· Logo / artwork design is $50 per hour.

· One digital mockup per design will be offered. Client requested changes or additional mockups will be billed at $10 each.

· Standard print time is 7-10 business days from the time of payment.

· All garments must be supplied by Seenic Route. We do not print on client provided garments.
